On April 3, 2023, at about 10:45 am, Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested William B. Weston, age 63, of Seneca Falls, New York, on charges of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree, Welfare Fraud in the Third Degree, and Misuse of Food Stamps. It is alleged that Weston failed to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from Seneca County. Weston was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
