The Seneca Co Sheriff’s Office reports that on 8/11/2021, Investigators arrested Ashleigh E. Webster, 39, of 2766 Rt 96 Ovid NY, for four counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the 1st degree and one count of Welfare Fraud in the 3rd degree. It is alleged that Webster failed to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from Seneca County. Webster was given an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 8/18/2021 at 5pm to answer the charges.
