On November 8, 2019, at about 12:00pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Dennis J. Zwick, age 42, of 28 Auburn Road, Apartment D2, Seneca Falls, New York, on charges of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree, a Class E Felony, and Welfare Fraud in the Fifth Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. The charges stem from an investigation where Zwick allegedly filed a false application and received monetary benefits from Seneca County that he was not entitled to. Zwick was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Waterloo Village Court on December 4, 2019 at 5pm.
