The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on May 3, 2021 at about 6 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jodice Q. Crittenden, 29, of 16 Edward Street in Rochester, NY on an arrest warrant from the Junius Town Court. Crittenden was picked up by Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies in Monroe County where he was being held by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office on different charges. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office warrant stemmed from an investigation into a Larceny that occurred in the Town of Junius in August of 2020. Crittenden was charged with one count of Petit Larceny as a result of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office’s investigation of the crime. Crittenden was transported to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office where he was arraigned at CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance and given a date to appear in front of the Junius Town Court to answer for the Petit Larceny charge against him.
