Warrant

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on 8/18/22 at 11:18 AM Deputies arrested Dezirae J. Martin, age 21 of Rochester, on an Arrest Warrant. Deputies state Martin came to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and turned herself in. The Warrant stems from a petit larceny and conspiracy 6th charge after a larceny investigation at a Town of Junius business on 5/23/22. After Martin was released on appearance tickets she failed to appear on her original charges in the Town of Junius Court and a Warrant was filed. Martin was turned over to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP court.
