Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on October 15, 2021 at 4:30 pm, Deputies responded to a two-car personal injury accident at the intersection of State Route 96 and Brewer Road in the Town of Waterloo. A vehicle being operated by Stacey Remillard, 52, of Andover, NY was traveling North bound on Brewer Road when Remillard’s vehicle came to a stop at the intersection of Brewer Road and State Route 96. Remillard continued traveling North bound, crossing over State Route 96 to Whiskey Hill Road, when she failed to yield the right of way to another vehicle who was traveling West bound on State Route 96. The other vehicle was being operated by Jeffrey Payne, 46, of 2 Fall Street Seneca Falls, NY. Both vehicles suffered extensive front end damage and were towed from the scene. Remillard declined medical attention. Payne complained of back pain and was transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital.
