HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MONTH:

October 1st, 2018: NARCO arrested a suspect for selling cocaine in the Town of Waterloo. 

October 2nd, 2018: NARCO arrested 2 suspects for possessing and selling a narcotic medication. 

October 3rd, 2018: NARCO After a lengthy investigation a suspect was apprehended and charged for selling and possessing fentanyl in Seneca County. A quantity of fentanyl was seized. 

October 17th, 2018: A Parole Absconder was apprehended about 35 minutes after escaping from the Sheriff’s Office in Romulus. 

October 23rd, 2018: NARCO apprehended and charged a suspect that has allegedly been selling heroin and fentanyl in Seneca County. 40 baggies of fentanyl were seized.

October 23rd, 2018: An 11 year old child was seriously injured in a farm accident in the Town of Tyre. The investigation is continuing.

October 2018: The exterior of the Sheriff’s Office was lit with purple flood lights in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness month.

October 2018: Workforce Development and the Youth Bureau implemented a new “Skills for Success” program in the jail. 10 inmates completed the program.
