Petit Larceny

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on June 3rd 2023 around 130 pm Deputies responded to a business in the Town of Junius for the report of stolen merchandise.
During the investigation Deputies arrest 32 year Manzel R Maxwell of 140 Randolph Street Rochester NY for the chare of Petit Larceny a Class A Misdemeanor. Deputies report that during the investigation the stolen merchandise was located in plain view of the vehicle the subject was last seen in and verified to be stolen by the business. Manzel received a 2 year ban from the business and was taken to the Jail and processed for the charge and released on an appearance ticket. Manzel is to appear to the Town of Junius Court on July 21st 2023 to answer to the charges.
