The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on November 15th, 2019, members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Mark M. Mazzoli, age 56 of Seneca Falls, New York. Mazzoli was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, both class B Felonies. On November 20th, 2019 members of the Narcotics Unit also charged Felicia F. Cesarini, age 56 of Seneca Falls, New York with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Class B Felonies. It is alleged that Mazzoli and Cesarini sold Oxycodone to another person in October of 2019 while in the Village of Waterloo. Both Mazoli and Cesarini have been released on their own recognizance and are due back in court at a later date.
