The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on September 6th, members of the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 17 South Seneca St. in the Village of Waterloo. Upon completion of the Search Warrant, investigators arrested Mykel Wing, age 33 and Marla Fenner, age 32. Wing and Fenner were charged with the following:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree- two counts
Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree
Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree- two counts
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree- two counts
Investigators seized crack cocaine, Xanax, Suboxone, Clonazepam, digital scales and packaging materials. It is alleged that Wing and Fenner were selling narcotics, specifically crack cocaine from their residence. Wing and Fenner were both arraigned at CAP Court where they were released on their own recognizance. The Narcotics Unit was assisted by members of the Waterloo Police Department, Seneca Falls Police Department, Canandaigua Police Department, Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police.
