Narcotics Arrest

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on July 26th, 2023, members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Sullivan Greco, age 42 of Waterloo, NY and Steven Dolgos, age 51, of Geneva, NY. The arrests stem from a traffic stop in the Town of Waterloo. Greco had an active warrant for his arrest for Parole Absconding. Greco was observed in the back seat of a vehicle by Investigators. A traffic stop was conducted and Greco was placed into custody. After the traffic stop, the driver, Dolgos was found to be in possession of approximately one-half ounce of crack cocaine. Dolgos was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree. Dolgos was arraigned at CAP and released upon his own recognizance. Greco was held on no bail and transferred to the Cayuga County Jail where he awaits a parole hearing. Members of the Narcotics Unit were assisted by members of the Uniformed Road Patrol.
