The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on July 6th, 2020, members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Pamela S. Merilahti, age 59, of 9140 Keady Road, Lodi, NY. Merilahti was charged with Criminal Nuisance in the first degree, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor. It is alleged that Merilahti allowed individuals to sell “crack” cocaine from her trailer. It is further alleged that Merilahti possessed a quantity of “crack” cocaine. Merilahti was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lodi Court on August 19th, 2020 at 10:00AM.
