May 8th, 2019: Seven High School students shadowed the Sheriff’s Office for Law Day.
May 8th, 2019: NARCO charged a suspect for selling crack cocaine in Seneca County.
May 9th, 2019: Deputies responded to an animal cruelty case in Tyre where a dog was left abandoned and tied to a tree with no food or water.
May 10th, 2019: Investigators charged a suspect for stealing $21,000 from a residence.
May 16th, 2019: Investigators charged a former School Resource Officer from Interlaken for having a romantic relationship with an 8th grader. Subsequent arrests for sexual abuse involving an additional victim have been made. The case is continuing…
May 23rd, 2019: The Sheriff’s Office hosted Domestic Violence training for police.
May 23rd, 2019: A suspect in Lodi was charged with Fraud for collecting welfare benefits while making undisclosed money from a cabin rental business.
May 27th, 2019: Deputies responded to a Violent Domestic in Fayette and charged a suspect for physically attacking 2 adults and a child.
