The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that, on January 20, 2020, at approximately 7PM, Deputies arrested Timothy M. Tandle, age 37 of 510 State Route 318  Waterloo, in connection with a theft that had occurred on January 15, 2020 in the Town of Romulus.  Deputies report that Tandle had stolen a Go Kart from a residence in the Town of Romulus, and then attempted to sell the stolen property to another party in the Town of Lodi.  Deputies recovered the go kart after the buyer of the Go Kart spotted an advertisement on Facebook market place, listing the same Go Kart that she had purchased as stolen. Deputies impounded the property and located the owner, who also reported the Go Kart stolen. Deputies conducted several interviews and ultimately charged Tandle with Petit Larceny in regards to the case.
