Larceny

On 02/04/23 The Seneca County Sheriff’s Department were called to 7174 Main Street, Ovid Big M, Ovid, NY, 14521 for the report of a theft. It was reported to Deputies that Lucy Puryear stole a shopping cart. Puryear was charge with Petit Larceny and was process at the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department without incident. Puryear was given a court date of 02/15/23 to appear at Ovid Town court for the charges. 23SH02870
