HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MONTH:

June 5th, 2021: A Domestic Violence call in Varick resulted in multiple arrests. It was alleged the suspect violated a court order of protection, trespassed, assaulted and threatened with a knife.

June 11th, 2021: Investigators arrested a suspect for stealing a car, wallet and credit cards in Waterloo. The property was recovered.

June 22nd, 2021: NARCO charged a suspect for allegedly possessing and selling methamphetamine in Waterloo.

June 23rd, 2021: Alleged thieves from the Outlet Center in Junius fled and crashed into a car while leaving. They then fled the scene of the crash. The driver who was hit was seriously injured and later died. An adult and 1 adolescent offender have been charged.  

June 27th, 2021: Corrections Officers organized a team to raise money for Special Olympics by playing flag football at the Buffalo Bills field. Over $6500 was raised—enough to sponsor 13 Special Olympics athletes for a year.

June 30th, 2021: Deputies responded to a 3 car crash in Ovid that resulted in multiple injuries.
