Grand Larceny/Criminal Possession of Stolen Property/Petit Larceny Arrest

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on November 18, 2020, Investigators arrested Jacob T Oosterling, age 29, of Clyde, NY, on charges of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree , a Class E Felony, and Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor. The charges stem from a complaint that Sheriff’s Investigators received that alleges Oosterling, over the course of his employment with a Waterloo business, made charges on a company credit card that he was not authorized to make. Oosterling was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at the Waterloo Town Court on December 9, 2020 to answer the charges.
