Endangering the Welfare of a child

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on June 27, 2023 at approximately 10:30pm, Deputies arrested Alexis Morris, age 19, of 103 E. Williams Street in Waterloo, for endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest stems from a domestic in which Morris threw a chair during an argument, in the presence of minors. Morris was processed and held for CAP court, where she was arraigned. An Order of Protection was issued on the victims behalf.
