The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 2nd, 2019 at 03:00 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Nathan C McLaggan, 28, of 144 Border City Rd Geneva NY. Deputies report McLaggan was observed at a high rate of speed on State Route 318 in the Town of Junius. After stopping the vehicle and upon further investigation, McLaggan was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and Speeding. McLaggan was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Junius Court on December 3, 2019 to answer the charges.
