DWI
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 18th, 2023, at approximately 4:49PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Village of Lodi. During the traffic stop deputies had suspicion the driver, identified as Shaelynn E. Kelly, was intoxicated. Upon further investigation, to include field sobriety tests, Kelly showed signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest for DWI. Kelly was then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where she was processed and released on an appearance ticket. Charges include driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over .08, and speeding in a 55mph zone. Kelly was released on an appearance ticket and is set to answer the charges in the T/Lodi court on 12/20/2023 at 10:00AM
