Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 05/06/2023 at approx. 1851hrs Deputies arrested Gabrielle M Marriott, 27 of Seneca Falls stemming from a traffic stop in the Town of Fayette. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle Marriott was operating for failure to keep right and crossing hazardous marking. Upon investigation it was discovered that Marriott was intoxicated and had a BAC of .24%. Marriott was issued UTT’s for Failure to keep right, Crossing Hazardous marking, Driving while intoxicated and Aggravated DWI-Blood alcohol content .18 or higher. Marriott is to appear in the Town of Fayette Town Court on 06/14/23 at 6PM to answer to the charges.
