The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 19, 2020 at approx. 3:00 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Tifini R Mills, 43, of 1212 State Route 318 NY on State Route 414 in the Town of Tyre. Deputies report Mills was charged with Felony AUO in the 1st Degree and Driving While Ability Impaired. The arrest stems from an investigation where it was reported two females were physically fighting alongside the roadway. Upon Deputies arrival, they discovered Mills to be impaired by alcohol , with her drivers license suspended for another DWI charge pending . Mills was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility ,arraigned at CAp court and is to appear in Tyre Town Court at a later date to answer the charges .
