The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on February 25th, 2021 at approximately 3pm, members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Timothy J. Skinner III of Waterloo, NY. Skinner was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, three counts of criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree, and one count of Criminal Possession of a controlled Substance in the seventh degree. It is alleged that while in the Village of Waterloo, Skinner was in possession of approximately one third of an ounce of crack cocaine, digital scales, a cutting agent, glassine baggies and Suboxone. United States Currency and a vehicle owned by Skinner were also seized. Skinner was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by members of the Waterloo Police Department, Seneca Falls Police Department, New York State Police, and the Ontario County Drug Task Force.
