The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 2/19/2019 at approximately 10:08PM, Deputies responded to the area of Wagner trailer park in the Town of Waterloo for the report of a domestic incident in progress. While in route to the scene, Deputies were advised that the subject in question fled the scene in a motor vehicle and had crashed. Deputies arrived on scene of the crash and took Archie Taylor Jr age 22 of 48 Herbert St Geneva NY into custody. After further investigation Deputies discovered that Taylor arrived at a residence in the trailer park and attempted to break down the door. Taylor was charged with two counts of Trespassing and one count of Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree for damaging the door frame. Taylor was committed to the Seneca County LEC where he arraigned in the CAP court.
