The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Reports the arrest of 30 year old Joshua A. Jones DOB 05/30/1993 a resident of the Town of Waterloo for the Charges of Harassment 2nd a Violation and Attempted Criminal Mischief a Class B Misdemeanor. Deputies report that the charges stemmed from the report and response to a Domestic Incident in the Town of Waterloo that had occurred on November 18th at around 2:00 AM. It was reported that during the Domestic Jones struck another party in the head with objects while throwing them. Deputies reported that he was then taken into custody and was very uncooperative and attempted to damage a Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Patrol car while secured in the back seat and charged for that as well. Jones was transported the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office to await CAP Court, an Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the Victim.
