Domestic

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on June 13th 2023 deputies responded to a physical domestic incident in the Town of Varick. As a result of the investigation Kenneth D. Saunders Jr. 26 years old, of Varick New York was arrested for two counts of Criminal Contempt 1st, Aggravated Family Offense, Criminal Mischief 4th, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd, Harassment 2nd, Aggressive Unlicensed Operator 2nd and Unlicensed Operator. Saunders was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment. Deputies were assisted by the Seneca Falls Police Department and the New York State Police.
