Disorderly Conduct

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Department reports that on 07/14/23 at about 6:30 p.m. they were called to a local business at 1133 State Route 414, in the Town of Tyre. The business reported a male was highly intoxicated and was being combative. When the Sheriff’s Deputies arrived they identified the male as Drake Corey, 24 of Foothill Ranch, California. Corey was noticeably intoxicated and the business wanted him to return to his hotel room for the night. Corey was escorted to his room without incident. Later in the evening at about 9:30 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputies were called back to the business for Corey displaying the same behavior. When Deputies arrived, the business wished to have Corey banned and removed from the property. During the incident Corey used abusive and obscene language in the presence of the public. Corey was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and then escorted from the property. Corey was then released with an Appearance Ticket for the Town of Tyre Court at a later date.
