Criminal Contempt / criminal trespass arrest Town of Tyre

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 18th 2021 at approx. 6:50 pm Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mitchell E Sikes 57 of Main St Waterloo on charges of Criminal contempt 2nd and Criminal Trespass 2nd. Deputies report that Sikes entered a residence in the Town of Tyre without permission while a class A order of protection was in effect . Sikes was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and arraigned at CAP Court and released on pre- trial release to appear in the Town of Tyre Court at a later date.
