On August 24th, 2023 Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 54 Y/O Daniel S Ubbink a resident of 20 1/2 Boston Ave in the Town of Seneca Falls for the charges of Criminal Contempt in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony. The arrest stems from an incident that occured on August 23rd, 2023 in the town of Junius, where it was reported Ubbink violated a Class A stay away order of protection by showing up to the protected parties residence. Ubbink was ultimately secured at the Seneca County Jail to await central arraignment.
