Criminal Contempt 2nd degree

On January 13,2021, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Investigators reports the arrest of Christopher J. Freeman, age 33, last known address of 6150 St Rt 96 Romulus, NY 14541. Freeman was charged with one count of Criminal Contempt in the second degree. The charge stems from an investigation of information that Christopher Freeman violated a Class “A” order of protection issued by Seneca County Court ordering him to have no contact with the victim. In October 2020 while he was being held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility on another pending matter it is alleged that Christopher Freeman did make contact with the protected party by writing and sending communication to them via U.S. mail service. Freeman was issued an appearance ticket ordering him to appear before the Seneca County CAP Court on January 13th, 2021 at 7:00 pm to answer the new charge.
