Criminal Contempt 1st degree- Violating an O.P.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on 3/27/2022 at 12:40 PM Deputies arrested Charles J. McCoy, age 64 of Ovid, for three counts of Criminal Contempt in the first degree (E Felony). Deputies report McCoy is accused of violating a Class A Order of Protection on three occasions. It’s alleged McCoy called the protected party and left voicemails. McCoy was taken into custody and turned over to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP Court.
