The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that June 12th, 2019 at approx. 2:30 pm Deputies arrested Timothy D. Koch, 22 of 312 Newfield Street Buffalo New York, and Eleazar M. Young, 44, of 511 Hinman Ave Buffalo, NY. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop that was conducted on State Route 318 in the Town of Tyre. Upon further investigation, Sheriff’s Deputies determined that Koch was in possession of nearly two pounds of Marihuana in various forms, including edibles and concentrated cannabis. Koch was charged with Illegal Window Tint, a Violation, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th and Criminal Possession of Marihuana 2nd, both Class D Felonies. Young was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, and Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. Koch was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for Centralized Arraignment Court where he was arraigned and committed on $1000 cash / $2000 bail bond and Young was issued Appearance Tickets. Both are to appear in the Town of Tyre court at a later date
