Travel Advisory

Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson has issued a Travel Advisory throughout Seneca County due to significant hazards on the roadways related to the high winds affecting our area. At the current time, there is a large number of emergency calls related to live electrical wires and trees down in many roadways across the County. There is no ban on travel, but it is requested that motorists avoid unnecessary travel at this time while emergency responders continue to clear the roadways. This travel advisory will be reevaluated in the coming hours as conditions are expected to improve.
