The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday 9/6/20 at about 3pm Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a car / motorcycle accident on East Lake Road in the Town of Fayette. Deputies state a motorcycle operated by Allan Brown, 33 of Stanley NY was heading southbound and attempting to turn left into a driveway , when he was struck by a SUV operated by Jessica Dorazio age 43 of Westfield Mass . , that was overtaking and passing the motorcycle. Brown and his passenger; Bridget Osterhout age 23 of Geneva NY were thrown from bike , and both suffered serious injuries. Osterhout was treated at the scene for arm and leg fractures and flown by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, where she remains in satisfactory condition . Brown was treated at the scene for a severe leg injury and flown by LifeNet air ambulance to Strong where he also remains in satisfactory condition. Border City Fire, Varick Fire , North Seneca Ambulance and South Seneca Ambulance all responded and assisted at the scene. Deputies report an unsafe pass by Dorazio was the cause of the crash , charges are pending , and the investigation is continuing.
