Burglary Arrest

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on February 3, 2021, at approximately 10:30pm, Deputies and Investigators responded to a call in the Town of Waterloo of a male who forcibly broke into a residence. As a result of the investigation, a Geneva man was taken into custody. Trevon G Clark, age 23 of Geneva NY, is accused of unlawfully entering the residence and while inside engaging in physical altercations with its residents, a female victim and a male victim. There were also two young children inside the residence and were present for the altercations. Clark was charged with Burglary 2nd, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was arraigned at Seneca County CAP Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash, $500 secured bond. Orders of Protections were issued on behalf of the victims.
