The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 27th at 0930AM, Deputies were called to the Fast trac/McDonalds in Ovid for a family dispute that left a victim “pepper sprayed”. Following investigation, Deputies charged Heather N. Walsh-Forshay , age 27 , of Church Street, Waterloo with one count of assault in the 3rd degree (class A misdemeanor) and one count of Unlawful possession of noxious material, (class B misdemeanor). Walsh-Forshay was held in the Seneca County Correctional facility where she will await C.A.P. court arraignment. Deputies were assisted by members of the South Seneca Ambulance as well as the Waterloo Village PD.
