Assault 2nd

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on August 22, 2023 at approximately 9:00am Investigators arrested current Seneca County Jail inmate, 30-year-old Johnathon T. Flesch of Seneca Falls, on the charges of Assault in the second degree and Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on August 8, 2023 at the Seneca County Correctional Facility, during which Flesch is accused of physically assaulting a Seneca County Corrections Officer. As a result of the assault, the said Corrections Officer did sustain injuries. It is further alleged that during the incident Flesch intentionally caused damage to property, consisting of an I- Pad, owned by the Correctional Facility. Flesch is scheduled to appear at Seneca County CAP Court to answer the charges.
