The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 3rd 2019 at 12:45 AM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Cassie M Mcghan, 25, of 9 Anthony Dr Seneca Falls NY in the Town of Tyre. Mcghan was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI-Blood Alcohol Content .18 or Higher, Reckless Driving, Failure To Comply with a Police Officer, Failure to Keep Right and Inadequate headlights. Deputies report that Mcghan was stopped at Gravel Rd and ST RT 318 without any headlights on. When Deputies attempted to stop Mcghan , she failed to stop – leading Deputies on a short pursuit, during the pursuit it is alleged that Mcghan was driving into oncoming traffic before losing control and entering into a snow filled ditch. Deputies report that there were no injuries from this incident. Mcghan was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility awaiting arraignment for the charges. – 19SH01234
