The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on December 14th, 2019 at approximately 4:34 P.M. Deputies arrested Austin T Kelley, age 23, of 75 East Bayard St Seneca Falls for failure to maintain lane and driving while ability impaired by drugs. The incident stems from a report of a property damage accident on West River Rd in Fayette . While Deputies were on scene investigating the accident Kelley was found to be impaired by drugs at the time of the crash. Kelley was released on appearance tickets and is to appear to the Town of Fayette Court on January 8th, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. to answer for the charges. Deputies were assisted by Waterloo Police Department and North Seneca Ambulance.
