The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Jan 7th 2021 at about 3:15 pm Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence in the Town of Waterloo for a domestic incident. Upon further investigation , Deputies arrested Jacob M Dixon age 29 of 2551 Brewer Rd Waterloo for Criminal Contempt 2nd after finding he was with a subject in which a stay away order of protection was in place. Dixon was arraigned at CAP court and released to appear in Waterloo Town Court . Then on Jan 13 2021 at about 12:30 pm, while at the County Office Building in the Village of Waterloo , Deputies discovered Dixon to again be with the same subject to which he still had an order of protection to stay away from. Dixon was again charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree and was arraigned at CAP court and committed on $500 cash bail to appear in the Village of Waterloo court on that charge.
