Seneca County Sheriff W. Timothy Luce would like to advise the Residents of Seneca County of the severity of the impending storm predicted for this weekend. It is predicted that starting Saturday in the afternoon hours will start and continue into Sunday. The accumulation is predicted to be 12 to 18 inches of snow fall. More importantly starting Sunday into Monday the wind will pick up and the wind chill is expected to be 20 to 35 degrees below zero. Please be prepared for this storm in advance, and remember during the extreme cold to take safety precautions. Deputies, County Highway personnel and Emergency Management Office Personnel will be monitoring road and weather conditions as the storm develops. Updates will be put out as needed.
