Seneca Country Sheriff’s Office reports that on October 5th 2019 at 03:00 AM, Deputies arrested Arthur E Johnson IV, 37, of 2831 Stout Rd Ovid NY on a Bench Warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of Aggravated DWI and an Arrest Warrant for Felony Aggravated Operation in the 1st Degree. Johnson was committed to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office to await arraignment.
