Sexual Abuse Arrest

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of David C. White, age 58, of 1574 Powderly Rd. Waterloo, NY. White who is a level 3 sexual offender registered at that address which is located in the Town of Junius was arrested on September 8th, 2023. The arrest stems from a criminal investigation completed by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office’s Family Services Unit. It is alleged that White subjected a child less than thirteen years of age to sexual contact during an incident that occurred at his residence during early September 2023. It is further alleged that there were other children less than 17 years of age present and left in White’s care at the residence during the time the incident occurred.
As a result of the findings in the investigation, David White was charged with Sexual Abuse in the 1st degree, Forcible Touching and two separate counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. White was held awaiting arraignment in the Seneca County Central Arraignment Court during which time he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail. White is scheduled to re-appear on a later date for further court action.
