The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Wednesday August 19th at approximately 3:56AM, Deputies responded to the area of State Route 96 and Pre Emption Street in the T/Waterloo for a report of a two car personal injury accident. After further investigation It was determined than Jeffery Disanto, age 36 of Clifton Springs was traveling Eastbound on State Route 96 when he struck the side of a vehicle being operated by Katie Schroeder age 19 of Seneca Falls traveling in a Southbound direction on Pre Emption. Deputies report that Schroeder failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection causing the crash. Three passengers in Schroeder’s vehicle: Brandon Pealo age 19 of Seneca Falls had injures to his hand and head, Kennedy Clark age 22 of Waterloo with a hip injury and Shannon Praylor 15 of Geneva with a back injury were transported by ambulance to Geneva General Hospital for treatment . Schroeder was issued a UTT for Failure to Stop at a Stop sign and Disanto was issued a UTT for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. Both are to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and were towed from the scene. Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Border City Fire Department .
