The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 15th 2018 at 03:00 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kyle A Davis, 25 , of 364 Cayuga Dr at his residence for the charge of Petit Larceny. It is alleged Davis stole merchandise from a Town of Waterloo business. Davis was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on Oct 12th 2018 to answer the charges.
