The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on July 3, 2023 at approximately 3:30pm, Deputies arrested Derek Shove, age 37, of 636 Dublin Road in Junius, for Petit Larceny. The arrest stems from an incident in which Shove took a gaming device that did not belong to him, and gave it to a third party without permission. Shove was processed at the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center and was released on an appearance ticket. Shove is to appear at Junius Town Court on July, 20 at 7:00pm.
