Petit Larceny

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on June 13th, 2023 at approximately
8:17pm deputies arrested Mindy L. Aguilera, age 45, of Brockport NY. Aguilera
was charged with Petit Larceny. The charges stem from an incident where
Aguilera allegedly stole property from a Town of Waterloo business. Aguilera
was processed and released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town
of Waterloo Court at later date.
