The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 8, 2022 at around 10:00 a.m., Deputies placed 36 year old Matthew L. Armison of Hall, New York into custody for Petit Larceny when he turned himself in at the Law Enforcement Center in Romulus. The charge stems from a theft that occurred at a Town of Tyre business on August 23, 2022 in which Armison is accused of stealing multiple food and drink items from the store. Armison was turned over to the Seneca County Jail for processing. Armison was released on an appearance ticket and is expected to report to the Tyre Town Court later in the month to answer for the charge.
