Narcotics Arrest

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Jerek D. Abrams, age 37, of 32 Green Street, Seneca Falls and David Brownell, age 58, of 183 Fall Street, Seneca Falls. Abrams was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and one count of Conspiracy in the fourth degree. Brownell was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and one count of Conspiracy in the fourth degree. On February 28th, 2022 members of the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on a vehicle that Abrams was operating and Brownell was a passenger. Pursuant to the search warrant, officers located approximately one half ounce of cocaine. Abrams and Brownell were both arraigned at Centralized Arraignment Part and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date. Members of the Sheriff’s Office were assisted by the New York State Police and Seneca Falls Police Department.
