Narcotics Arrest

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on January 2nd, 2020, members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Tyler A. Liberatore, age 23, of Geneva, New York. Liberatore was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the second degree, a class A Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony. It is alleged that Liberatore sold over one-half ounce of crack cocaine in November of 2019 while in the Town of Waterloo. Liberatore was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear at CAP Court on January 17th, 2020 at 0800hrs. Members of the Narcotics Unit were assisted by the Geneva Police Department and Ontario County Probation Department.

Due to the new bail reform laws, the Sheriff’s Office is obligated to release Liberatore on appearance tickets in relation to this case.

The Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit previously arrested Liberatore in July of 2017 on charges of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, both Class B Felonies, when he allegedly sold cocaine in the Town of Waterloo.
